Arnold Herskovic, M.D.

Dr. Herskovic is a graduate of University of Maryland Medical School. He completed his radiology residency at NYU Bellevue Medical Center and his radiation oncology residency at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He has been involved in the use of thyroid ultrasound for cancer diagnosis, as well as lung blocks and sterile airflow for bone marrow transplant patients receiving total body irradiation. He was motivated to initiate a program involving the transport of patients with IV infusions because of his past experience of an adverse drug effect caused by a medication delivery error.

Dr. Herskovic has held positions as the medical director of Radiation Oncology at Northwest Community Hospital in Illinois, medical chief at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center and vice chairman for the Department of Radiation Oncology at the WSU School of Medicine. He is known for the development of several programs including Radiosurgery at IMRT and the Oakwood Cancer Center.

Dr. Herskovic is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and Radiation Oncology.
