The Wayne State University School of Medicine Alumni Association is pleased to present the 2013 Medical Alumni Reunion. This wonderful day of learning, visiting and recognition will provide a great way to regain the spirit of your experience here at the School of medicine and reaffirm your lifetime commitment to your profession and your school. This annual event will consist of a continental breakfast, the Dr. Morris S. Brent Lectureship, business luncheon, tour of the medical school, special class reunions, followed by a dinner and awards program.

The Distinguished Alumni Award
The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to alumni who have made outstanding contributions to humanitarian causes, whose contributions to the health field in the broader sense is outstanding and for service to the School of Medicine.

The Lawrence M. Weiner Award
The Lawrence M. Weiner Award, established in 1979, honors outstanding contributions of non-alumni to the School of Medicine through the exceptional performance of their teaching, research and/or administrative duties.
